1. Duplicate This Template
Click the “Duplicate” button at the top right to add it to your own Notion workspace.
2. Understand the Tracker Layout
The main database tracks each platform’s monthly performance. Each row represents a single platform for a specific month (e.g., “Instagram – March, 2025”).
Included Fields:
- Platform + Month, Year → Combines the platform and date for easy visual scanning
- Date → Use the last day of the month as a reference (e.g., 03/31/2025)
- Posts Published → Total number of posts you published that month
- Platform → Select from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Follower Count → Total followers at the beginning of the month
- Reach → Total number of unique people reached that month
- Engagements → Sum of likes, comments, shares, saves, etc.
3. Use the “➕ New Tracker Entry” Button
Add new rows easily with the included “New Entry” template button. It helps you fill in the structure quickly without forgetting key fields.
4. Filter by Platform or Date
Preset views are available:
- All Data – Full raw log
- Instagram Only – Filtered view of just IG metrics
- Monthly Overview – Table view to sort by Reach, Engagements, etc.
